YOUTH RADIO
In 2013 Yollocalli acquired the museum’s journalism training program formerly known as Radio Arte. Whether they’re into reporting the latest buzz, mastering the art of interviews, producing top-notch audio, or crafting compelling stories, this program does it all!
Now, through our partnership with Lumpen Radio, youth are back on the airwaves! Broadcasting live on their show, Wattz Up!, youth share their thoughts on their community, government, youth culture, and ask “What’s better, Hot Cheetos or Takis?”
After Wattz Up! listeners can enjoy the sweet sounds of La Mesita, live concert performances and interviews with independent and upcoming musicians, produced by youth.
